Photography that gives life to your
images...telling your unique love story.

SEATTLE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

A couples story is so unique to them.  The things they first remember about each other, their interpretation of how the first date went.  I love hearing them…

Here is Jessica & Adams story from her experience…

How we met’:: I was going out with a bunch of my girlfriends to celebrate our friends birthday. One of my friends boyfriend at the time brought along one of his friends which was Adam. I don’t actually remember meeting him that night but he says he introduced himself but then got shy. The next morning I was with all my girlfriends and I got a message on facebook from him. I had no idea who he was but my friends said I met him so I went ahead and replied. We talked and he asked me out on a date.

First date :: He let me pick where do go to dinner, I picked El Parisio (Mexican food in Snohomish)  and then he got tickets to the Sounders game. One thing I remember from the first date is I got a beer and garlic fries to eat and he was very impressed that I would be so comfortable as to choose that on our first date.  We had an instant connection and I knew on that date that he could be the one.

Engagement:: I made plans for our 4 year anniversary. My mom had tickets to a jazz show, before hand I wanted to go to my parents condo to get a picture in front of the space needle. I was very surprised when he proposed! He actually behind the scenes planned an entire surprise proposal and engagement party with all our friends and family. Half way through the party I finally realize there were no jazz tickets! He did an amazing job getting so many people involved and being able to keep a secret without me knowing about it AND being to genuinely surprise me.’

These two are getting married at Olympic View Estates in July and are super excited planning it.

For their engagement session we took an early…yes EARLY… boat ride to Hat Island…it’s where Jessica’s parents have a cabin and we were able to take in the perfect, most beautiful sunrise.  Adam having just lost his mom, was partial to the sun…sunsets but also sunrises.  With the PNW weather being typically unpredictable, we ended up with an array of colors as the sun rose that day.  It was almost as if Adams mom was there…looking down giving Jessica & Adam her approval again.  She loved them together and was a huge supporter.  We embraced the chilly morning and all the natural surroundings the island brought and let them love each other right where they were at that day!
