SEATTLE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

It was on a mountain top in New Zealand, I mean who doesn’t take helicopter rides to have a picnic!!?? After enjoying lunch and the view for a while Brian was setting up to propose (having the pilot video the proposal). Allison, so enamored with the view kept turning towards the scenery overlooking the hillside that everytime Brian went to get on one knee she would turn away.

Trying to find humor in it finally she looked over and he was able to get capture her full attention and get his words of love out AND asking her to spend forever with him. Of course she screamed YES and as it echoed over the hill side Brian was confident it was a sure thing!

Being back in Washington, it certainly is no New Zealand, but with both of them being avid hikers and outdoorsy we wanted to find something scenic that was totally ‘them’ for the engagement session.

Mountain Loop Highway seemed to give us the best mix of some mountains, a dusting of snow and woods. They braved the cold, cracked champagne and loved on each other in the midst of me buzzing around them capturing exactly who they are as a couple.

Getting married at Twin Willow Gardens this summer I am so excited to photograph their wedding and see where these adventurers end up!
