Impromptu…that’s these two!  Planning a family week in Chelan, Chelsea and Luke decided it would be the perfect time to elope.  Soooo surprise….they sprung it on their family and planned a wedding in a few weeks!  With Carter turning 4 and baby Conor being born just a few months prior…it seemed perfect!!

When Chelsea called me to tell me her and Luke were eloping at Karma Vineyards in Chelan, I was so happy for them…buuuuut…I didn’t think I could photograph it.  I was traveling back from my family farm in Canada and thought the timing would be off.  BUT…with an afternoon wedding the timing was perfect and I was honored to be able to document this exciting time for them.

It was fun and casual and a ‘roll with it’ kind of day and it was perfectly them.  The excitement and energy these two have and the love and support that buzzed around them was contagious.

They are one of the most gracious couples.  Happy with everything and super hospitable.  They are another reason I love what I do.  Meeting people like them is invigorating and absolutely restores hope in humanity.  Love people…Love…that is what these two exude and have all around them!

Now, enjoying the past week in Chelan, they are content, sunkissed and excited for their future!
